Sailor Scout named Sailor Twin Heart 
I'm currently Editing the video to this nail art and will Post it on wednesday on my youtube channel! But this is just a sneak peek to what its going to look like. I was really inspired by the Frills on her skirt and just how elegant she looks. So I wanted to portrayed that in the nail art itself. I wanted to add an accent nail so I did the Thumb and the Ring finger as and Accent nail.
I hope you like Protector-of-Dreams I did my best to portray this as something she would wear
